Yoga is my passion

In 2001 I was overworked and under a tremendous amount of stress. Out of desperation, I decided to try yoga. Yoga was quickly gaining a following in the U.S. and was touted as an effective way to relieve stress. When I attended my first class, I was confused trying to follow along and frustrated that I was unable to immediately "do" the poses. However, the relaxation at the end of class in corpse pose, and the gentle neck massage and lavendar oil treatment by the instructor, brought me back again and again. It didn't take long for me to get hooked! 

Yoga has helped me heal physical injury, build strength and endurance, but most importantly, yoga has taught me to quiet my overcharged mind.
